CGV - City Grundstuecks-Verwaltungs-GmbH was founded in 1980 by Ari Schach in Frankfurt, Germany. We are an independent, owner-operated Real Estate company that specializes in value add investment in commercial properties.  
 
In Germany, CGV has developed and redeveloped more than 1 million square feet of office and retail space and continuously manages its portfolio.

Our main focus is to acquire core-plus and value-add assets of different types, to redevelop and optimize the properties, and manage them as part of the portfolio.
